First Visit Checklist
5600 South 59th Suite #202, Lincoln NE 68516 We are located near 59th and Old Cheney Road (56th and Hwy 2 area), just north of Lazlo’s and to the west of the Hampton Inn. We are on the east (back) side of the 5600 building in the Heritage Park area. In order to find us follow Vandervoort Dr. and turn where you see the entrance for Hampton Inn followed by an immediate left (west). Head up the hill toward Design Works, we are located next to Premier Hair Salon. If you are using google maps, it will direct you to the opposite side of the building in which we are located, look for Vandervoort Dr. and the Hampton Inn to locate us. Please take a moment to give us the basics about yourself. This will save time when you show up for your appointment and it’s paperless, so it helps the environment. This form will be sent along in an email with your appointment confirmation. If you do not see this form let us know and we will send it out to you again.
You can manage your appointment through your account (login here). If you need help rescheduling your account, please call or email us and we would be happy to assist you.
A 24 hour notice is required before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows us time to fill that reservation. If 24 hour notice is not provided you will still be responsible for the full price of service, due same day. In turn, we will offer the same 24 hour notice if we are unable to honor our appointment with you. If we must give less than 24 hour notice, we will reschedule your appointment for our next available time, to include appointments outside of regular business hours.
We understand that life happens and we will do our best to accommodate should you run late. We generally can work within a small delay, however if things run 10-15 minutes or longer, we must still end your appointment at the scheduled time in order to be on time for our next appointment. Full price will be charged for the actual scheduled appointment time. In return, we will make sure we are on time, and if for some reason we are not, we will give you the time back or adjust the price of the session.
Missing your Appointment
If you are unable to make your appointment and do not contact us to let us know, you will be charged the full fee of service. An invoice will be sent to you for the missed appointment and will need to be paid before or at the time of your next appointment.
