Trisha specializes in sports massage and deep tissue work. An athlete herself, she understands the aches and pains of exercise and training. Trisha is a veteran massage therapist of over 19 years and is able to help with any body, not just athletes.
At Simple Wellness, I like to listen to the clients needs and expectations of the massage therapy session so I know how to best help them. I use different modalities during the massage that would be most beneficial. I like to utilize Myofascial Release, active isolated stretching, warm stones, trigger point, and neuromuscular techniques.
