Any conduct that is in violation of our ZERO TOLERANCE policy will result in immediately terminating the session with full payment assessed. Local authorities will be contacted.

CANCELLATION POLICY –
Your appointment is a reservation of time and service.
24 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling your appointment.
If you are unable to provide 24 hour notice, full service price will be charged. If you are unsure if you will be able to make your scheduled appointment, please contact our office by phone or email as soon as possible so we can make arrangements or agree to an option that may allow us to avoid the cancellation/rescheduling fee.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY –
With there is threat of inclement weather such as a winter storm or tornado, we will be watching closely. Your safety is our number one concern. We we contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed with your appointment. If you feel that conditions make travel too dangerous, please contact our office at 402-7801-707 to reschedule. We will not enforce our 24 cancellation policy due to weather conditions.
